Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for subscriptions and related charges.
Eligibility window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the initial purchase date for a new subscription.
Non-refundable charges
- renewal payments made after the initial purchase period;
- usage-based overage fees that have already been incurred;
- custom enterprise services already delivered.
Partial refunds
If you downgrade or cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Partial month refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Send your request to hello@binchk.com with your account email, invoice number, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify account ownership.
Review and processing time
We review refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Abuse of chargeback procedures may result in account suspension.
Policy changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes take effect once published on this page.
